Budleigh Salterton and Woodbury Common

An early morning on the cliffs above Budleigh Salterton today produced some quiet visible migration with the highlight being Brambling and several hundred Woodpigeon. However, biggest surprise was a Cattle Egret that was sat on the top of a tree on the cliff before heading inland.

This afternoon a ringtail Hen Harrier hunting around Woodbury Common and a Merlin too.
