Mutters Moor, Sidmouth
15 members of DB attended the evening walk (East Devon Branch) to find Nightjars. 3 Swift overhead and a lonesome Yellow Hammer singing while we waited for the action. First call heard at 21.47 with first sightings a few minutes later. Several close fly passes and 'churring' heard from various locations on the heath. A possible 4 territories estimated.
