Thurlestone Bay
Although cloudy lack of wind ensured a flat sea which meant Divers and Auks could be picked up- 3 Red -throated, 1 Great Northern , also 100+ Auks , of the c60 feeding in the bay only 1 was a Guillemot.
5 Common Scoter flew east . On the rocks 3 Sanderling, 8 Turnstone .
Duck numbers reducing on the marshes - totals from both were - 100 Wigeon, 110 Teal, 14 Shoveler, 10 Gadwall. also 35 Snipe, 30 Redwing and a Grey Wagtail.
