Wrafton pond/Velator

Still several Gadwall, Wigeon and Shoveler on Wrafton Pond.

The scrape - viewed from the Tarka Trail - was devoid of birds. In the reserve I was very surprised to see a Coot! Not seen one in the reserve for about a year. Things continued to improve when a Kingfisher appeared, then a Little Grebe. Also present a dozen Redwings a Reed Bunting and 2 Chiffchaffs.

Viewed from the reserve, 2 Teal on the scrape with several Meadow Pipits nearby.
