Cranbrook, Exeter.

What a difference a day makes!

(I was pleased to see that the 'tank traps' at the entrance to the railway car parks have been replaced by 'goal posts' which should have been put there in the first place). The car parks may now be entered without risk to your car.

Several flocks of Meadow Pipits present in the Countryside Park. (Note the long and curved hind claws).  The 'swamp' opposite the Railway Station produced a pair of Stonechat.  2 Snipe took off after a Buzzard flew over and a small number of Redwing were present in the hedge rows.  Two Song Thrush were competing in song and a Kestrel was present towards the Education Campus.  No luck to date with the Black Redstart reported near housing opposite the pub (Cranberry Farm).
