Carrion Crow roost at Warleigh Point

Between 4.15 and 4.45 on 27/12/17 I counted about 250 corvids, probably all carrion crows, assembled on the mud between two branches of Tamerton Creek, at the Tamar end. Towards the end of the period groups flew up into the trees in the DWT Warleigh Point reserve. I can't be certain all were crows, though I didn't hear any calls that sounded like anything else.
