Interesting Nuthatch

When I first saw this very pale Nuthatch in my Colebrook garden I took it to be a juvenile, but none of my books show this type of plumage. So I take it that it is leucistic or something similar.  The eyestripe and the bill are very pale and generally the whole bird has a 'washed out' appearance.  Before anyone shouts 'fake', the two birds wouldn't tolerate each other on the same feeder, so the 'normal' bird is photoshopped in.
