Exeter

A very active morning by the river in Exeter (Exwick, northern limit of the flood relief channel).

2 Kingfisher, 2 Dipper, 1 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 3 Cormorant, 2 Little Grebe, 10+ Mallard, 8+ Moorhen, 2 Pied Wagtail, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Meadow Pipit, 30+ BH Gull, 10+ Herring Gull. 

In the surrounding trees and hedges, 5 Blackbird, 1 Song Thrush and 1 Robin. A large Tit flock (30+) moved through, mostly Long-tailed with some Great and Blue Tits, in addition to 1 Goldcrest and 1 Firecrest.

Flying over were 3 Mute Swans (heading down river) and 1 GS Woodpecker.
