Plymouth

The Lesser Yellowlegs still showing well on Ernesettle Creek today. As usual it's favouring the slipway area just off the football pitch. Thirty five Black tailed Godwit were also here including a colour ringed bird.

Further down river off the sewage works were sixty five Avocet and around eighty Wigeon also a scattering of Teal. Hundreds of gulls in to roost here but tricky to make out in the fading light. (and I was hungry)!

Nearby in the remnants of Ernesettle Marsh were two Reed Buntings, a Firecrest, one Chiffchaff and a couple of Snipe. I was hoping for a Jack Snipe but more chance of black snow !!
