Exminster Marshes 12:30 - 14:30

A saunter along the path to the Turf produced Sedge and Reed Warblers singing, some Common Whitethroats and a Lesser, see Nick Potters post. Good views of a male Kestrel and quite a few Lapwings, also four individual Hobbies, but then two in the same area highish above Lions's Rest Estate. Also one Whimbrel from the middle "car parking area", towards the canal.
