Estimated 450 - 500 Avocets on the lunchtime high tide at BGM, disturbed by the local Buzzard. Probably more than twice that many Godwits with about 30 Bar-tailed.  4 of the 5 recent Snipe were playing hard to get in the farthest channel from the hide.
