Bradiford and Wrafton

Dropped by Bradiford briefly for fence repairs this morning. Buzzard, 4 Song Thrush and a few Teal. Spoke with one of the nearby workforce who said that the shooters had again been present earlier. One or two of them may even have been IN the reserve. The police did attend but I'm not sure what the result was.

At a half-frozen Wrafton pond at least 25 Wigeon now and 8/10 Gadwall with several Shoveler including the first drakes of the winter, difficult to get an accurate count as half the ducks were sleeping in the reedbed across the pond.

In the reserve a Cetti's Warbler called, but no sign of Chiffs (one ringed yesterday).
