Budleigh Salterton

A good day on the local patch with a Serin seen at around 09.40hrs as it headed east along the cliff top path east of the Otter Estuary, calling regularly and then veered back out to sea and was frustratingly lost in the sun! Despite a good search after the initial sighting and again this afternoon, no further sign.
Other highlights today included: 1 Brambling, 6+ Reed Bunting, 80+ Linnet, 50+ Skylark and a Merlin.
