A first light visit to Broadsands a solitary wader on the beach that I believe was a Knot (but could be wrong) Oyster Catchers 4, the usual mix of gulls, Pied Wagtails and several Carrion Crow.

Eds: The wader at Broadsands is a Dunlin

Around the car parks Bullfinch 2, small flocks of Goldfinch, Dunnock, Robin, Wren 3, Jay, Buzzard, Blue Tit, Chaffinch and a suspected Firecrest calling but not showing.

Over night at home at least two Tawny owls calling.
