Exeter Canal

Good walk this morning - lots of birds about. Highlights -

2 fairly tame redpoll just past the Double Locks.

2 fairly tame bullfinches (m&f) near the swing bridge - didn't seem to mind passing cyclists.

At least 2 snipe on the ponds, looking from the hide nearest the Double Locks (the one with the fence that kingfishers often perch on)

Possibly 2 waxwing overhead at the Matford Marsh, but difficult to tell because of the sun.
