Berry Head

Didn't get to the headland until late morning and then just for 1.5hrs  but obviously a bit of a fall: 22 Willow Warblers, 9 Chiffchaff (presumed migrants rather than territorial birds), 2 Redstarts (males), 6 Blackcap, 4 Goldcrest, 1 Wheatear and 9 Swallows over.

Above Chiffchaff - below Willow Warbler, a dull bird with dark legs and grey-nape Goldcrest new in on headland

There's a day long long field course at Berry Head run by myself for Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust this Saturday, limited places still available: https://www.countryside-trust.org.uk/events/details/336/spring-migrants-watch-and-identification-day
