Cormorant caught in fishing line

Caught this Cormorant at Hooe Lake in Plymouth, struggling to get out of a muddy area, but, if you look carefully at the feet you can just make out a lot of fishing line, it did manage to break free and carry on what it is best at doing. I wish fishermen and anglers would keep their line to themselves, and not just discard them.
