Late Post - Baggy
Plenty of bird activity at Baggy yesterday morning with several species focused on chasing one another around including Meadow & Rock Pipits parachuting down from the sky!
A male Sparrowhawk flew past in a flash panicking most of the birds including the gulls. A single Swallow flying fast & low over the gorse but only seen once just for a few seconds.
A few Peacock butterflies on the wing & one Small Tortoisehell which we were delighted to see due to the rapid declines in this species during the last few years.
