Around the Axe

A lovely juv/1w Little Gull and an adult Yellow-legged Gull (for third day) on the Axe this afternoon. The Little Gull was at first on Colyford Marsh scrape, before being relocated on a ploughed field just west of Colyford Road.

Also Turtle Dove still present this morning and this afternoon, showing very well around the cattle feeders on Bridge Marsh. View from gateway on south side of A3052 by 'Colyford' sign when approaching from the east.
