Tiverton Canal Red Kite +1 Photo

Tiverton Canal Red Kite

This morning 1015 – 1045, watched a red kite, tagged yellow on both wings, 11 buzzards (mixture of adult and juveniles) plus loads of seagulls in field as tractor was ploughing. Location between Badgers Holt and the Aqueduct. Have included photos, but they were quite a distant away from path, so photos not great.

Not rare, but also this morning saw female mallard with her 5 ducklings – lovely to see so many survive & a couple of days ago pair of swans and their 6 cygnets. These were both at the Tiverton Bridge Car Park.
