A miserable morning at Wembury but at least it kept the dog walkers away and along the beach on the high tide there were 37 Sanderling, 8 Dunlin, 7 Turnstone and 5 Whimbrel plus the usual Oystercatchers.
Offshore when the mist cleared around 30 distant Manx Shearwaters were picked up moving west while closer to shore 3 1st summer Kittiwakes also flew west between the shore and The Mewstone.
Amongst the Gulls feeding in the surf were a 1st summer Mediterranean Gull and a 1st summer Common Gull.
