South African Memorial, Hoe Park Plymouth.

A Dusk Chorus at the South African Memorial, at least 4 Song Thrush (good numbers for this site) singing from tree tops at Lambhay Hill, Citadel Entrance, Hoe Approach and Hoe Putting Green. 1 Chaffinch ( a species that’s becoming increasingly rare in the park now) singing in Field Maple (Acer) near memorial. At least 3 Blackcaps ‘song jousting’ in Whitebeam (Sorbus) Avenue. As I  was leaving a number of the local Blackbirds near the Putting Green were ‘alarm calling’, due to a Fox that was walking towards the Naval Memorial.
