A smattering of migrants this morning, at Soar, including: Red Kite (east @ 12.00), single Pied & Spotted Flycatchers, Redstart, 5 Firecrests, Whinchat, Sand Martin and – over – 45+ Siskins, c100 Swallows & c300 House Martins. Also, Wheatear, 13 Chiffchaffs, 3 Goldcrests, 6 Blackcaps, Snipe, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Grey Wagtail, Sparrowhawk, 3 Roe Deer & a Wall.
Later, at South Huish, juv Curlew Sandpiper, 2 Bar-tailed Godwits, 4 Dunlins, Snipe, Pintail, 55 Teal & c50 Swallows.
