1 juv Spotted Redshank foraging amongst the Black – tailed Godwits.
Very fast foraging behaviour with head & neck submerged most of the time,only raising the bill for a fraction of a second to take a quick breath or to consume prey.
Difficult to photograph with the sun full on.
