Over 500 finches in the bird mix with the 250 Linnets being joined by over 300 Chaffinches ….about 80 % female so probably migrants.Also present 50 Goldfinches and a few Greenfinches along with Yellowhammers ,Kestrel and Sparrowhawk.
In the orchard Marsh Tit, Bullfinch, Mistle Thrush, Firecrest, Siskin, Song Thrush, Redwing, 100 Starling and Meadow Pipits.
By the river,Kingfisher,Dipper,Little Egret and best today was a Common Sandpiper.
