Hello, I have just seen a Red Kite in the field behind my house. It is an open field with some trees , near to Roadford Lake and forestry. It flew quite slowly quartering the ground, then soared away only to then fly very fast into my neighbours trees, it was magnificent to watch.
I know there have been sightings reported at Allerford reasonably near here
