am:- Observed from the Tarka trail – 17 Redshank & 2 Greenshank foraging during the rising tide. Between Wrafton & Barnstaple (not including Wrafton Pond area) 16 vocal Chiffchaff, 6 Blackcap, 1 Willow Warbler, 1 Common Sandpiper & my first male Orange tip Butterfly of the spring.
