A change of scene today, going over to Budleigh S. Waders on the LORP occur in small numbers but are spread across the area. Best was 6 Ringed Plover, otherwise 10-15 Redshank, 8+ Curlew, 7 Blackwit, 7 Snipe and a few Oystercatchers. Ducks included 40 Shelduck, 124+ Wigeon, 275+ Teal, 76+ Mallard and a male Gadwall. Otherwise 2 Rock Pipit, 3+ Little Grebe, M singing Cetti’s and a Chiffchaff.
Along the coast to Landram Bay were 22+ Red-throated Divers, 1 Great Northern Diver, 50 Common Scotor, 30+ Fulmar and 2 Velvet Scotor (M & F).
On the land 25+ Skylark and 25+ Linnet as well as a few Meadow Pipits
