Off Samson’s bay 30 feeding Gannets attracted a Great Skua. A few Red-throated Divers are now starting to show up. Around the Harbour a Water Rail was at the top of the beach by the Lime kiln. Black Redstarts, Kingfishers, Whimbrel and a Turnstone, maybe last winters individuals.
A Widgeon has been with the Mallards at Bicclescombe.
