Highlight was a hoopoe on track east from burrator reservoir. About 1km east from crazy well pool, near a stone cross and devonport leat.
Also of note seen: an abundance of skylark, two dozen or so wheatear, willow warbler, chiff chaff, stonechat, five swallow, meadow pipit
