In the Pill, along with the ever increasing numbers of BH and Herring Gull, were three Greenshank, <50Redshank, three Curlew, and one Whimbrel. Saltpill Pond had one male Kingfisher, seven Little Egret and one Great White Egret which one of the two Grey Herons saw off! Four Swallows & three Swifts were observed at various locations mainly drifting West.
