A cycle down from Exeter today. Still one Ad White-fronted Goose on the marsh. Migrant wise, a single Willow Warbler, 2 Blackcap singing, about 12 Chiffchaff and a Swallow (at Countess Weir).
Duck numbers down again, with only 97 Wigeon, 188+ Teal, 24+ Shoveler, 40 Shelduck, 12+ Gadwall, 9 Tufted (on lagoon) and 10 Pintail. 69 Blackwit only wader of interest.
10+ Skylark, 5 Reed Bunting, 3 Cetti’s (one at Countess Weir/Matford Marsh).
Maybe of interest, as it seems very early, I had Holly Blue in the garden today (& another as far back as 21st March)
