Mid-morning 75+ Coot, 4+ Gadwall, 2 Snipe and a Yellow Wagtail were on and around the main lagoon. On the Discovery pond were 2 Green Sandpipers, with a Tawny Owl in the adjacent Willows. Minimum 5 Cattle Egrets were with a herd between the pond and the car park.
On Matford pond were 2 unfledged Little Grebes still being fed by the adults.
