A day spent cycling around higher Exe, on both sides of the river. Highlights were Common Sandpiper, 6+ Swallow, 40+ Sand Martin, 2+ House Martin, 2 Reed Warbler singing, 2 Cetti’s Warbler singing, Great Spotted Woodpecker & a Treecreeper. Hirundines all towards Countess Weir, and generally moving north.
