Around the Mire: Greenfinch, Linnet, Meadow Pipits, Greater spotted woodpecker, Willow Warblers, Chiffchaff, Grey Heron, Nuthatch, Wheatear, Song Thrushes, Chaffinch, Stonechat, Skylarks and a pair of Redstart. Also a Cuckoo was heard but not seen and a fox was seen briefly.
