Whilst on the Braunton Countryside Centre monthly bird walk on Braunton Burrows we were treated to a rare view of a Cuckoo calling and flying over. I had just remarked that I hadn’t heard a Cuckoo on the Burrows for years. Great stuff.

Also plenty of warblers in the undergrowth of the burrows.
