Short walk to Croyde ponds and Baggy this morning with Alan Craddock.
Several Chiffchaff and Reed Buntings around the ponds as well as Blue Tits, Goldcrest and Teal.
Also, 1 Wigeon, and a few Teal and Moorhen. Quite a lot of Toad spawn, and sad to see 2 dead Toads on the waters edge.
A quick visit to the start of Baggy Point where we had a brief view of a Gannet and 3 Med Gulls on the rocks with a large mixed flock of Black-headed Gulls and Herring Gulls. Also a few Shag out in the bay and a single Grey Heron flying across the bay.
