On a really stormy morning at BGM well over a 100 Pintail and other wildfowl battled against the strong winds and driving rain. Wigeon, Teal, Mallard, Shoveler, Canada Geese, Moorhen, Mute Swans, Little Egrets, Grey Herons, Cormorants, Lapwings, Blackwits, Greenshank, Redshank, a Spotted Redshank, Dunlin and a solitary Avocet with a yellow leg ring.
