Highlights of this morning’s high tide visit were three Spoonbills and the regular two Spotted Redshanks, one of twelve wader spp. present. Unexpected were a male Tufted Duck skulking with the Teal in the reeds, and an Oystercatcher. Best of the rest were three Knot and eleven Whimbrel, and worst, only one Greenshank.
