Early start (07.13) to check on Goosander roosts (none present with Goosander Drake and female type first appearing on the river at 08.45) and WEBs today produced a species total of 22 list as follows.
Gulls: HG, BHG, Common. Mallard, Wigeon, Canada Goose, Mute Swan, Goosander, Shelduck, Redshank, Dunlin, Greenshank, Oystercatcher, Curlew, L Egret, Snipe, Turnstone, Grey Plover, Common Sandpiper, Kingfisher, Sparrowhawk, Buzzard.
