Colyton common hide: 1 bar headed goose amongst approx 50 Canada geese, grazing next to ponds on the other side of the railway line from the hide. Also 100 lapwings, 3 curlew, 1 redshank, 100+ widgeon, 10 Pochard, 40 teal, 20 shelduck and 6 shovelers. Also pair of kestrels seemed to be mating in trees on colyford common land, struck me as a bit early in the season.
