Axe Estuary Newsletters

The Axe Estuary has a very active and growing group of bird watchers and ringers. Apart from their own annual Bird Report, they also enjoy their own bi-monthly newsletter. All Axe Estuary Newsletters are now available to read on-line and to download.

Devon Reserves and Other Sites

Introduction

There are two lists available from this page. The first is a list of Reserves that are owned and/or managed by DBWPS. The second is a list of Other Devon Sites that have a significance for birdwatching and/or conservation.

The lists contain basic background information about each of the sites. As more information is contributed by birdwatchers/DBWPS members – about habitat, facilities, access and species – this will be added to the page.

We welcome input from everyone. Please attempt to make information as accurate as possible, particularly grid references, so that this section can be of maximum benefit to both members and visitors to Devon. Thank you.
