Mailing Policy
Second class delivery of all orders, where appropriate, to addresses with a UK postcode, is included in the prices shown.
For delivery to all other countries, please email shop@devonbirds.org or phone +44 1822 853785.
Goods are normally mailed within 2–3 working days.
Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with any product you purchase. If the product you have received is in any way defective, then please return to us within 30 days and we will refund you the price you paid. Please email shop@devonbirds.org or phone 01822 853785 to arrange return of goods.
Security and Payment
You can purchase from the Shop and pay in any way you wish.
If you wish to pay by cheque, postal order or international money order, this option appears at the bottom of the ‘Place your Order’ page in the Checkout.
If you wish to pay by credit/debit card securely, you will be transferred away from this website to a secure website operated by our payment provider, WorldPay.
When you are transferred to the WorldPay website the style will change completely. WorldPay will undertake the card transaction on your behalf. Your personal card details are held securely by WorldPay, not DBWPS.
After paying through WorldPay you will be transferred back to this website and given confirmation that your payment was successful and your order has been placed.
