Shipping Policy

Delivery of all orders that are physically shipped in the UK are included in the cost. For goods being shipped to all other countries, the cost of shipping will be calculated and charged on an order by order basis and confirmed by a separate email before shipment. Physical goods are normally shipped within 2-3 working days.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with any product you purchase. If the product you have received is in any way defective, then please return to us within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund you the price you paid.

When purchasing a non-shippable item from DBWPS, including membership, you will receive a full refund if you cancel or change your mind within 30 days of purchase. Cancellation can be by simple email to treasurer@devonbirds.org

To use your credit/debit card securely, you will be transferred away from www.devonbirds.org to a secure site operated by our bankers RBS.

When you are transferred to the RBS banking website the style of the website will change completely. RBS will undertake the card transaction on your behalf. Your personal card details are held securely by RBS, not devonbirds.
