Following on from Andrew Cunningham's encounter with a Long-eared Owl along the Grand Western Canal, two more sightings have come in from other parts of Devon.

Mervyn Baker caught up with the owl that quite a number of people saw along the Tarka Trail near Ashford in North Devon, taking the photo below on 17 March. And on 4 April, John Fortey took his shot of a Long-eared Owl at Dawlish Warren.
