Walter Walmesley White - The Ornithological Journal Publisher: Isabelline Books, Falmouth. A transcription from the handwritten original, this volume includes a memoir by his daughter-in-law Jocelyn, a section of photographs, a colour foldout map of the area he visited regularly, and a map of the area surrounding his home in South Devon. The Birds of Dartmoor Publisher: Isabelline Books, Falmouth. In print. A life-long observer of Dartmoor birds, founder of the Dartmoor Study Group in 1991 and has been a frequent contributor to DBWPS Bird Reports. The Birds of Dartmoor is the first book to provide a comprehensive history of the birds of this area, drawing on references from the late eighteenth century to the present day.
