Bicton College Lectures, Winter Series 2008 - 'BTO and Birding in East Devon' - John Woodland, BTO Regional Rep for Devon and Mike Tyler, DBWPS County Recorder, present the work of the BTO, the current Nationwide Survey and its links with local efforts to build information on local habitat management and policy and monitoring changes in the local bird population. The main speaker will now be Mark Collier (WeBS National Organiser) from the BTO, replacing Andy Musgrove. There will also be short talks by Peter Reay on WeBS in Devon and by David Price & John Waldon on 30 years of WeBS counts on the Exe Estuary.
